Intimate and girly ... Leona Edmiston celebrated her label’s 10th birthday with a show at the Boathouse restaurant in Glebe. 

ROMANCE WAS BORN, the highly theatrical Sydney fashion label that for the past three years has made the biggest splash at Australian Fashion Week, will not take part in this year's event.
In past years the label's designers, Luke  and Anna , have staged a tribal wedding at the Sydney Conservatorium, walked with the dinosaurs at the University of Sydney and presented a breathtaking under-the-sea show at the Sydney Theatre Company. But the pair are not on the official schedule for this year's event, which starts on May .
